As most of you will be aware Royal Mail are currently intermittently striking, this will continue throughout December and disruption is expected, so please bear this in mind when placing your order as it's likely it will take longer than usual to get to you!
All clay pieces are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping, so that even if it does take a bit longer than usual to get to you- we can keep an eye on it during its journey so it doesn't get lost in the chaos!
A side note: I wholeheartedly support the Royal Mail strikes and all the posties taking part. I truly hope their conditions are met, it's shameful that shareholders are being paid millions whilst their workers are being underpaid, taken for granted and having their job roles changed at whim to try and compete with companies like Amazon. I hope that everyone continues to support the Royal Mail workers and are extra understanding especially this time of year if their parcels are taking a bit longer than usual.

I send everything via Royal Mail and offer 1st Class and Tracked 48 shipping.
Please note that if you haven't selected tracked shipping at checkout I won't be able to locate your order once it has been posted!
If you have any issues with your order however, please get in contact with me and I will get it resolved! (Details on contact page!)
PLEASE NOTE: Clay products and prints cannot be shipped together and so will be shipped separately, incurring separate delivery costs. This is because to ship them together would take a stupidly big box and the shipping cost of said stupidly big box would be even more than shipping them separately.
Where possible I will always post items together to ensure postage is as cheap as possible.

I currently aim to post orders within 3 working days of ordering, this is to accomodate high volumes of orders and the fact Hattieshake Studio is very much a one gal operation. That being said I often get items posted out earlier than this and if you're needing your order in a rush please pop me an email and if I am able to accomodate your needs I absolutely will.

I get my postage prices directly from the Royal Mail website, all rates are currently set at cost.

I'm working on it, I promise it's coming really soon!
I'll be opening an Etsy shop in the new year to allow me to ship to the EU without incurring a whole tonne of import charges.
I'm working on the US and rest of the world, and will again be offering international shipping in the early new year.
